Jan 12th: Portal 1 (replied the same day)
Jan 29th: Portal 2

Portal1 mail on 6th July and reverted on 10th July
Got response on my mail on 11th and details again shared on 11th July
Called IRCC on 13th & 21st but was asked to wait
Again resend details on 22nd July
Sent separate mail citing delay on 26th and got 2nd Notice in the afternoon same day
Reverted to 2nd Notice on 26th
Sent another mail mentioning Issues with PR portal on 27th July.... still waiting for portal 2

Haven't seen any news to that effect. Most likely we'd start to see movement from Monday

I Just got my ECOPR. Here are the full updates:


1. When did you receive an email asking for information? July 11
I replied on the same day, and after waiting for almost 12 days without hearing back, I decided to reply to the email again on July 24 just to remind them.
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? Today, July 25
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? July 25
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Today July 26
5. What is the VO? Montreal
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Waiting.

When your eCoPR is ready they will send you an email to check your PR portal and download it there

Did you receive auto response for acknowledgement of receipt when you replied the Portal 1 email?

Yes I got the auto response right after my reply
