PR confirmation portal timelines

We got decision made on our application on feb 1,2023. But on March 9 we got the PPR mail. But the date on mail is 1 feb and they gave 30 days. So technically we got a mail with expire date . What should we do now??

Just wanted to add: I checked my account and it was apparently updated. Not sure if it’s because of my call from yesterday but it’d recommend checking yours today! I didn’t get a ghost email update.

The processing times for new PR cards is now changed to 36 days.. Good news I guess.. Anyone waiting for more than 36 days after eCoPR?

I am currently over the previous 45 days mark and still nothing. Montreal as well.

I called on march 1st, and agent informed me my card already went for production on 27th Feb, but there is no changes in go account. It’s 11 days since it went for production but no updates.

How did you reach them ? i called 100 of times its been 2 weeks i am trying call never goes through , please let me know how you reach them over the phone which ext etc

I think majority of the PR Card backlogs are from VO Montreal.

I have a travel plan in the coming 40 days, and I got my eCoPR 2 weeks ago.. Let's hope for the best

thats how i been trying exactly , then they ask me enter application number , and shit , at the end they just hang-up after saying they are unable to transfer my call to an agent , thanks you thou for the above info

Hello, can anyone please help me with my situation…..
I am actually planning to move to new address in coming days. But not sure if I can update my new address in portal or I have to update the same which I had for my application used for the entire pr process. Will it create any problem. Please can anyone shed some light on this

Have you received your portal invite yet? If not, the portal invite requests that you confirm your current address, you can change there. You could also submit a webform right now to notify of change of address, however doubt that would be updated before you get portal invite.
