Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - Jan 11th 2023
eCoPR generation date - Jan 26th 2023
Photo Correction for daughter - Feb 5th 2023 - Submitted Feb 6th
GU on GCKey (no email) - Feb 6th 2023
Cards Mailed GU on GCKey (email too) - Feb 11th 2023
PR Cards received - Pending
VO - Calgary

FYI the GU we received on Feb 6th was for myself and my spouse's cards. I received an email to re-upload my daughter's photo.

Then on the 11th received emails for myself and my spouse's accounts had been updated and both now say cards shipped. Assume that the first GU was photo acceptance and move cards to production as we haven't received anything further on my daughter's account as we had to resubmit her photo.

absolutely legal.

You CANT enter Canada with eCorp. You need actual PR card or travel document (need to apply from outside Canada and wait up to 8 weeks‍)

Quick question, after receiving my Ecopr I linked my application to my GCkey account easily as I was the main applicant, yet I could not link my dependents to their GCkey accounts, is that normal that you can only link the main applicant?

I am not sure if this is the norm, but I also linked my application to the IRC account (primary) but could not link my wife's application (dependent).

Usually it should be the same timeline atleast before getting the PR card.
Did you also reply for your dependents with your’s for credentials ?

Hello! I followed the instructions outlined on the IRCC website by raising a webform with a letter of explanation attached, and my flight receipts. I submitted the request on Jan 27, they responded back on Jan 30 saying they forwarded my request to the responsible officer. And then i got the update on my IRCC account on Feb 3 morning saying my card is approved and mailed. I suggest you do the same, maybe submit the request today

  • proof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
  • proof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
  • a letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
  • proof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

We just filled out this form and we didnt put a reason for travel (as its for a holiday not an emergency) we just uploaded our tickets and said we are travelling in march and any way we can expedite the pr card. We did it yesterday figured its worth a shot!! ill post if it does anything. fingers crossed.
