I suggest you send them the same reply everyday, sometimes they have too many emails and they miss yours.
I was also request to submit my information on Aug 12 and until Aug 25 there was no reply. I sent them almost 10 emails and one day I received the portal credentials and was able to upload my details over there.

We received the request to come in and submit Passports for COPR in Havana but by then my husband was already in Canada. We requested Virtual Landing and eCOPR the same day as that email. We are still waiting for the email to start virtual landing - a month later. Is this normal? I noticed that some of you are aware of which virtual landing unit is dealing with your files. How did you get that information?

I received portal email but no credentials , i used password reset option to login and uploaded my photo and address. But i did not get ECOPR yet ? I receive portal email on 19 Aug and uploded photo and address on 20 AUG.

Any Suggestion ?

Once Case officer approve In-Canada Address submission, you should be able to download ecopr. In my case, it took 2 days, others takes same day

Any issue as i did nor recieve credentials, so i used password reset option to login into my portal , so bit worried

I’ve been waiting for my Ecopr for about a month now. I called IRCC twice already, first agent told me to wait since ecopr has no processing time she checked my files and everything is good. Second agent told me to wait too that probably the officer handling my case is busy, I sent multiple Webform too but still no Ecopr

My eCoPR was valid for only one day not sure how can I request for OHIP in one day

wow really? mine was valid like one month and 13 days... but well... expired still havent received my PR card. Been more than two months now. But at least I got my OHIP done.

Just want to know when you sent the first mail with all the information like UCI, email, Original entry date etc. did you get the automatic mail because I didn't get any mail from IRCC like they received the mail etc.

No you dont get a reply. Dont worry you will get your credentials soon enough

I am the same situation. Submitted photo, address confirmation in late May, still no eCOPR. Contacted IRCC several times and they asked me to wait for them to contact me as I need pay the application fees

It depends on the visa office. What was the visa office in the email ? And have you checked your spam? Its very likely that it might be in spam

my office is "Etobicoke IRCC " and checking everytime on spam but no email on it from IRCC

Why would they send this email "Permanent residence portal PR conformation" when parents in home country and allready submitted pp for visa stamping along with ppr letter four days back. Do every one get this email whether inland or outland. Tnx regards
