Has anyone experienced re-sending the Portal 1 reply after waiting for a significant number of days with no results, what should be the ideal wait time before re-sending the reply to the first mail?

Hey, You can travel anywhere before eCOPR. I am going out of country for a month. I received P1 and replied to it but didn't get P2 so I emailed again saying that I am going out of country from this to this date. I even called and the agent said the same thing to write an email and fill a webform.
