Got my ecopr today
1 portal 27 September
2 portal 5 October
Ecopr 15 November

Congrats... looks like I am the only one with p2 portal on 31st Aug and still waiting for ecopr..

Copr expiry date is July 2024

Exactly the same thing happened to me, exactly the same timeline.
I contacted my mp and a few days later, I got eCOPR (Oct 13).
Contact your mp, even if it doesn't help, you'll get detailed update about your application.
I'm sorry, I understand how frustrating the wait can be.
