I contacted my MP on Monday with a bunch of documents showing that I need to travel, but I will never know if it really helped or not. It's worth a try.

I hope you all get it soon.

It means a final decision was made. Ignore the text about in progress. You should wait for portal email/PPR now or call IRCC and they will say if it was approved
