PR confirmation portal timelines

There is glitch with the portal, happened to me as well, along with a lot of other members in this group. When you refresh the page, you should see your photo appear again. I got my pr card today, just logged in to see if the photo review was completed or not, it says photo needs to be uploaded lol. So the best thing you can do is to link you pr card application with your gc account for up-to-date information.

Can anyone please share the email for IRCC Calgary office? I would like to email them to expedite my CoPR timeline so that I can travel. I am travelling in 2 weeks and will be in India for 3 weeks, I am hoping to come back on my work permit TRV, it is valid till 2024

For those who got eCOPR i'd recommend to link your PR application in the CG Key Portal. You get an application number which is not found in the PR portal and it may be useful

Correct. It will change once eCoPR is generated. It was the same case with me as well.

I finally got my eCOPR. I called IRCC this morning to complain that I have been waiting for approximately 2 months now and to my surprise, I got the eCOPR an hour later. I don't know if this is related or a mere coincidence but I would suggest that you send emails and try to reach out to IRCC.
