I have heard from some friends that they reached the cap for 2022 and they are so lean on Ecopr for the rest of the year

Hey guys, I'm currently in Canada and have been approved as a permanent resident since September 21, 2022 (Confirmed by GCMS notes received on Dec 9, 2022).
I declared my address and gave my photos while in Canada. My VO is Calgary. However, I haven't received my eCOPR.
I just finished a student exchange and must leave the country, as my tourist status is slowly coming to an end (status that you enter the country with when you're from a visa exempt country and your exchange is < 6 months).
Should I notify IRCC of my change in residence? What happens now?

Hi every one, I am FSW inland and I submitted my application on Sep. 13th, IRCC agent told that my application is approved on Nov. 16th , but I haven't recieve any update or ghost update yet. Do you have sny idea when I will receive final decision? Can I do any thing to expedite the process? My VO is CPC Ottawa

Update:
Received PR card in mail in last week of November 2022. Don't lose the hopes as waiting times are bit longer however there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

After PR confirmation, you will need to reply the email with regards to the applicant information. Then they will send another email about the portal.

Hi guys, any help is appreciated. I received the letter of approval asking to reply to get portal credentials for myself and each of my dependents. I replied same day. But did not hear back until 3 weeks later, when I received the same notice saying 2nd notice. I have replied again but no credentials yet. What I could possibly be doing wrong? Anyone with similar situation?
