PR confirmation portal timelines

Hi guys. I received my AOR back in 12 th July. I got my PAL today and my medical is passed today as well. But on the gc key, my background check is now showing "Not applicable". What does this mean? Is this a system glitch or does it contain any any significance?

Yes you can download it in the permanent residence portal once its available.

it takes 3 days to 4 weeks depends where you are.

just an update received GU2 in pr card. but dependents still submitted "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive. "
