Quick ques, does the ecopr come in the email or the portal where i submitted my declaration and photo..
what will be the next update / step ?

Yes you can download it in the permanent residence portal once its available.

it takes 3 days to 4 weeks depends where you are.

just an update received GU2 in pr card. but dependents still submitted "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive. "
