It depends. They are randomly issuing portal coprs. Its not for everyone atleast till last month

you can just track your courier service. CIC never sends any email when they receive your documents.

I did. They told me everything looks fine. Just keep waiting. I want to send the photo again but I'm worried that will mess up my application.

I guess we can only resubmit photo when they ask us to do so.

I think so too. I called the IRCC on Friday but no one can answer the phone call. Im going to call them on Monday , first thing in the morning to see whats going on,

I don’t understand the concept, how can just printing cards can take that much long. My assumption is CIC doesn’t want people to travel in this pandemic. That’s why they are delaying PR cards.

there are so many people who got their card in two months. that does not make saence
