1st GU received for me and spouse on Saturday jun 26
PR card approved 30th jun for spouse and my status is still submitted although I'm Primary applicant
Any idea is normal to get approval on separate time ...

How did you know it was approved and mailed? Was there an update in the portal or did they email you?

My VO is Etobicoke as well.. it’s taking so much longer than others VO..

I was surprised too. Logging in to my account just for a routine check and saw the Update. No email was sent for this approval, it seemed. On the portal confirmation, all the information still shows In review with IRCC, btw, so I think linking the PR card application is highly recommended.
What is your COPR date? mine same visa office ....copr on 17 june and now waiting for PR card
