Pretty sure that if they are investigating, the days in Canada now will not be eligible to be counted for renewal until IRCC comes up with their final determination.
IRCC support staff told us that in case of adverse decision they might have informed us along with the mail that was received with renewed PR card.

Yes but you didn’t get your normal 5 year PR card so there hasn’t been any decision made there is concern so they gave her a 1 year PR. Have you Ben asked to provide a detailed information of when she was in Canada and proof?

Yes I provided them full passport with translation, to we spoke to IRCC support staff and they had looked into file and suggested us to apply for reissue as they think that error had happened from their end.

They emailed us the link to download the form for reissue of PR. Hopefully by Monday I will send them this application.
