I called IRCC today and the agent was really rude, which made everything more frustrating. She said she couldn’t find my application and that they’re currently processing October 14 files. I’m confused because someone here who applied on October 20 already has their status marked as completed. Any advice? I honestly don’t want to call IRCC again.
Sorry to hear about this. I can understand your frustration. Your purpose in contacting customer service is to get updates on your application and to keep your file active and visible. For this reason, continue calling politely each week and keep submitting webforms regularly.

Try to avoid harsh arguments, because the call centre and webform teams have limited access and limited authority.

I know it is frustrating dealing with IRCC agent these days. I also, don't prefer calling them but we don't have much options. Try submitting Webforms and call IRCC (may be some good human pick up your call).

I applied for renewal on 20th Oct and was able to link the application to tracker on 25th Nov. So far no update on the Tracker. I will also call next week to check the status.

I hope you will get an update soon.

I applied on Oct 6, PR portal still showing application status submitted, i sent webform and got response that my card was dispatched starting of Nov. i linked my card application with IRCC portal it shows dispatched but i haven’t received it yet
More than three weeks have passed since the beginning of November. PR cards are sent through Canada Post letter-mail, which unfortunately does not include any tracking number. The call centre and webform teams will not be able to provide you with a tracking number, and Canada Post also cannot help without one — even if you provide your ID, name, or address.

Normally, letter-mail should arrive within a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 business days. You should contact IRCC again through call centre and webform to reconfirm the exact mailing date and your mailing address. You may also register a complaint. Please ensure that you have checked all household mail properly.

After 6 weeks, IRCC will allow you to submit a solemn declaration form. Once processed, they will issue a new card and send it to your address again, or they may ask you to collect it from the nearest office.

Did you get your PR card?
I applied online on 18th. The IRCC portal says submitted. The view is grayed out too.
I am not able to link my application and no status yet.
I submitted a webform and they said they have not received my application. Not sure what to do
Guys I was able to link my application and I saw that my Card has been dispatched yesterday

I applied October 21. Tried to check in Client application tool, and Link to my IRCC account but nothing shows up. I was wondering what happened on my application :(

IRCC's information about how PR card applications are processed could be more informative, but it appears the call centre agent clearly said they are not yet processing applications made after October 14, and you applied October 21. No reason to be confused: your application has not been opened by a person, yet, no AOR yet, no application on file until that happens.

Most applications, by the way, benefit from automated processing. Current "processing" time reflects this, lately hovering around four to five weeks. Even though an IRCC official (processing agent or officer) may review many or most of those applications benefitting from automated processing, that is a different procedure, the official reviewing an automated decision in contrast to applications which do not meet the criteria for automated processing (as determined by machine, not a person), which go into the queue to be opened and processed by a human. It is good news, actually, that this is only taking six to seven weeks these days (based on your report they are working on applications submitted October 14), compared to the nine to ten weeks it often is (though this can go longer).

No sign anything is off track so far.
