For this reason, continue calling politely each week and keep submitting webforms regularly.I called IRCC today and the agent was really rude, which made everything more frustrating. She said she couldn’t find my application and that they’re currently processing October 14 files. I’m confused because someone here who applied on October 20 already has their status marked as completed. Any advice? I honestly don’t want to call IRCC again.
Try to avoid harsh arguments, because the call centre and webform teams have limited access and limited authority.
