Hello, can you share the timeline please
You can always call IRCC or submit a webform inquiring about the other 2 apps

So is it taking 3 months average time for new PR card to be printed and mailed ?
Actually, the very current processing time from the day they receive your application to the date they mail your PR card (if not required to pick up) is 91 days right now. According to IRCC, your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.

1. My PR is expiring in end of this year i.e. Dec 2021. Do we need to wait for some more time before applying for renewal or I can apply for renewal any time ?
Hi,
According to IRCC website:
IRCC said:
You should only apply for a PR card if:
  • your card has expired or will expire in less than 9 months
  • your card is lost, stolen, or destroyed
  • you didn’t receive your card within 180 days of immigrating to Canada
  • you need to update your card to:
    • legally change your name
    • change your citizenship
    • change your gender designation
    • correct your date of birth
Otherwise, we may not process your application.
So, if your card will expire in Dec, 2021, you should still wait. You should also meet the residency obligations which can be found here:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/new-immigrants/pr-card/who-can-apply.html

2. My daughter and wife PR is expiring in Jun 2022, should we apply together or I apply for myself, and apply for my wife and daughter next year ?
The 9-month rule and RO requirements mentioned above also apply here. Whether you want to apply together or not is up to you. However, since your cards are going to expire in more than 9 months, you should wait. Whenever you all meet the requirements you can apply together. You can also apply separately whenever you meet the criteria. It's up to you.

Good Luck!

Not necessarily. Depending on the applicant's location, some people received their cards in a week, and others in more than several weeks after the day their cards were mailed. However, according to IRCC website:
IRCC said:
Due to the impacts of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we can’t
  • process applications normally
  • provide accurate processing times
