Hi, Oct. 27 is the date post delivered your package? I mean they exactly collect items on the dates post Canada shows delivery, or we shall expect some more days before they receive packages?

Super frustrating linking or even checking my status regarding my PR card, I've literally tried everything..

UCI, name, DOB, R.. #, I've tried over 40 times easily, and it never works, all the info i submit is correct, ugh..

Better to call IRCC. I personally believe they might have forgotten to enter your info in their system. Not sure tho. Try to call them tomorrow as early as you can.

When did you send your request? Received AOR or not yet? Before AOR, they do not show anything on the system.

Renewal application received on: 29 October

Application approved, PR Card mailed: today, 28 January(MyCIC update)

My ecas status says "Decison Made" but when I click the link for details, it is stuck at processing. I am assuming it should update in a day or two, but has anyone encountered something similar?

There was no request for any documents, I think it's just running late.
When I moved to Canada, I was out of compliance with RO and the border agent made notes on file (no documents issued to me). I applied for renewal after completing 2 years plus 1 month in Canada with no travel. Possibly they were completing additonal reviews.

Trying to understand the time from decision made to card shipped.

Yes. My status was decision made for almost 2-3 weeks before the card was mailed 3 days ago. It’s normal. You would see some good news in your account over the coming days.

Can we request urgent process for initial PR cards (application in process)? webform's only option is for renewal/replacements of cards

Hello everyone,
Is processing time for pr card renewal showing right on the website ? On the website its showing 92 days.

Does anyone know on average how many days its actually taking now ?

This is a reply I got after using the web form. Basically they are saying information on website is not accurate. However, most people had their application processed in ~90 days.

We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.

Due to the ongoing situation related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some IRCC offices are currently operating with reduced or critical staff only.

We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible; however, processing times are affected and any disruption caused by COVID-19 is not reflected accurately on our website. We will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.

I finally received a meaningful response to my web form. Apparently I have been selected to collect my PR card in person and should wait to be contacted so I can book an appointment.

Does anyone know if they usually contact you via email or by post to do this? I am concerned about the letter being lost in the mail and apparently if you fail to respond and collect the card after 6 months then they destroy it and you need to file a brand new application.
