Same case with me. It shows decision made but inside it says we started processing the application. It has been showing decision made for 2 days now.

My son’s application for PR card renewal is the same,outer: decision made inside: started processing on Oct 7 No update till now

My Mother in law is really sick back home. My spouse’s PR card was sent for renewal in early Sept. We need to travel but is there a way we can get PR card early?

You can write a letter of explanation along with documentation for the urgency and send it to IRCC with "URGENT" written on the envelope. See below:

I applied for PR renewal for family (2 adults & 2 children) in 1 package. We received update on one application only, details below:
1. application delivered: July 23rd
2. Email sent from IRCC acknowledging receipt of application: October 15th
3. Decision made: October 19th
4. New PR card mailed: October 20th

Hopefully we will receive information on other applications soon.

Just wanted everyone to know, that we received PR cards for the whole family today (23 Oct), although we received AOR for myself only. Best of luck everyone.

Mine is similar to yours, Decision made but when I click I see :

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on July 9, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 13, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on October 13, 2020.

I guess OCT 13th was not a good day .

Yes, you recevied an AOR for your application and they have started processing your application. Congrats!
May I know when did you receive this email? In the last couple of days we have seen July 30th applicants receiving AOR so I was just wondering if you have received the AOR email this week or last week?

Recieved PR card today and I recieved that AOR email on Oct 15th.

PR Renewal complete!!!!


Timeline

I sent my PR Renewal on July 20th and it was received via tracking on July 23rd at the Processing.

I received the below email from CIC on Oct 15..

No information just an email saying they received my application on July 23rd...

Anyone who submitted PR card renewal around July 23rd should be getting their cards now

It seems like the IRCC office in London is processing PR card applications. I sent a message to them via the web form on October 2nd and got a generic response from them on October 14th. My application was then approved on October 21st and the PR card was mailed out that day. Hopefully it'll be delivered next week. To those that are still waiting, don't worry and keep following up with them until you get a response or an update in your account.

Alhamdulillah my timeline for PR card renewal:-

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 23, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 29, 2020.
3. We started processing your application on September 29, 2020.
4. Ecas status changed to Decision Made on October 1, 2020.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on October 5, 2020.

May I ask how many days were you physically present
