My husband and I landed in Ottawa on September 15, 2017. I received my PR card today (12th February, 2018) but my husband didn't receive his card. We checked his PR card status online but it shows no information available. We both applied together, me being the primary applicant. What could be the problem with his card? We also mailed IRCC but didn't get any reply yet and the phone never gets connected. Any suggestion guys. Please do help.
