Yes the drop down menu is confusing but you do need to select refugee.

There is not much you can do so would suggest just trying to live your life.

You’re wrong. It is the processing time to get PR. Yeah it’s shocking. That’s why there’s been lots of online discussions about it.

Yours is better. I have 66 months of waiting time. For a 2025 applicant.

How come when it used to show 24-28-29-31 months for processing time no one said it’s not pr it’s for protected person status. But when it shows longer now we believe it’s not for pr.
I would like to believe it’s not but unfortunately it is for us. It is for our pr timeline.

Turn on the US news it will probably make you feel better. Think in general it helps to get perspective. I may be frustrated by things but still know that I am much luckier on my worst day than many others in the world.

i believe it's because of National Immigration Target for 2025 to 2027.

The previous posted processing times were incorrect. If you were paying attention to the immigration target plans and number of applications it was clear that the posted processing times were wrong and that processing time was going to keep getting longer. It was constantly being revised upward this year but those application times were truly only for 2022 applicants. Not sure why the government refused to be upfront and change their system until recently.
