PR Application rejected - PCC

OP,

Anyone have a list of the most common countries and whether dates are included or not in the PCC's or just general? Countries I'm mainly interested in are UAE, USA, India and Kuwait.

AFAIK, USA and PSK/Embassy PCC from India do not contain dates.

My PCC

Hi,

I have received an email from IRCC today that my application has been rejected due to incomplete information:

"Police Certificate from Pakistan that you provided with your application is not acceptable as it does not cover the full period of time spend in Pakistan. You have indicated in your address personal history that you resided in Pakistan from 2002/01/05-2007/08/30.

A full review of your application was not performed."

Before submitting my application, I realized that the PCC was short by 7 days. In the meantime, I had obtained another PCC to cover the shortfall days. I have the new PCC in hand.

Please help on how to proceed further. Is there a way to appeal ?

My PCC was short by 11 days and my application got rejected, no point raising a CSE just apply for an updated PCC and re-enter the draw and hope they don't pick something more stupid than this ridiculous reason

I moved to UK on 11th of June 2008 and PCC had May 2008 on it

You should simply get a pcc from previous countries where you stayed 6 months or more, with the pcc date being AFTER the day you last left that country. Even if you visit it again for just 1 day, you will need a new pcc dated after that visit.

my application was rejected due to following reason:

The Police certificate from Pakistan that your spouse provided with your application is
not acceptable as it does not cover the full period of time spent in Pakistan. Your spouse
have indicated in the address/personal history that she has resided in Pakistan from
2003/08/14 to 2017/11/16.

now the point is i uploaded two pccs of my wife in one pdf. In eapr i mentioned following dates
address 1: 14-aug 2003 till 8-oct-2017
address 2: 8-oct-2017 till date
my both pccs were dated 13 nov and 11 nov having validity of 6 months.

IMO, the dates in EAPR is 14- Aug- 2003 till 16- Nov- 2017 for address 1, however, the PCC's have the dates of 14- Aug- 2003 till 8-Oct-2017 for address A. Hence there is a one month shortfall in PCC for address 1 as compared to your EAPR. You can connect dots now for the second one. Either you correct the PCC or EAPR info.

this made me scared because date on PCC from my country of origin is 7 days short.

Well the period of time depends on the country's PCC. In US, i don't see any period of time on my pcc so it relative. Now if you are from the famous India or country in the east, those visa officers are gonna be like vultures on you all because they know exactly what is what from past applicants.

When to get PCC.
In my case I am working in Singapore and holding Indian passport.
I got PCC from Singapore and Indian embassy. Now I am planning to visit India before submitting application then I need to take again PCC from India and Singapore?

What is the validity of PCC mean.

How we get the PCC for full period of stay at current country because we get PCC upfront and then after 3 month we get AOR then this PCC of current country is already not full period.
