I received an express entry invite and my post-ITA is almost ready for submission. But I haven't received my PCC report from India. Is it ok to submit the application without the PCC and later add it through a webform? Asking because I am travelling to India in a few days (pre-planned) and I was told that I should be in Canada while I submit the application. So is it ideal that once I am in Canada, I submit the application with all the docs I have and later use a webform to submit the pending doc?
Please provide some clarity if I am wrong.
