Portal 1 December 4, still no Portal 2 as of today, it's been 42 days. How about the others?

No!!! Nothing yet. This has been the longest ever anyone has to wait for portal 2. I don't know what is going on with Montreal VO. Do you have a solution?

I received my first email on 12 Dec replied after two days still waiting for 2nd pr portal email till now ( vo Montreal)

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to check if anyone else has experienced a delay in receiving the second email for the PR portal. I received an email from VO IRCC Montréal on November 27, 2023, instructing me to fill out an attached PDF to create an account for my PR application. I responded on November 28, 2023, but haven't received the second email since. Any insights on the processing time for this stage or any suggestions on what steps I should take would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I called IRCC yesterday they said they have backlogs (as usual ) he said we just have to patiently wait
