Yes - you would still want to provide the police report as evidence to support your story.

I am asylum seeker leaving in France i need Canada Immigration Resettlement refugee forms in order to apply
Have you been identified as a refugee by UNHCR and selected for resettlement in Canada? You can't apply for asylum directly without first being identified by UNHCR as a refugee and then also selected for resettlement in Canada.

In that case it doesn't sound like UNHCR has referred you for resettlement in Canada. Correct? You're wanting to apply here on your own - yes?

tell me how can you assist me and my family in order to resettle jn Canada as a refugee in Canada
You cannot apply from France since you already have a pending asylum case there and have not been referred by UNHCR for resettlement to Canada.

Your only option would be to obtain a visitor visa to Canada, fly to Canada and then claim asylum once you arrive here. However since you have claimed refugee status in France, it's highly unlikely Canada will approve a visitor visa for you and your family.

At this time your best choice from a refugee perspective is to remain in France and hope your asylum claim there is successful.

If you really want to migrate to Canada, you will have to apply for PR through an economic immigration stream like Express Entry / Federal Skilled Worker. You can find details here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

Again, there is no way for you to apply for asylum to Canada from France or any other part of Europe. Your only option would be to obtain TRVs and then travel to Canada so that you can claim asylum once you arrive in Canada.
