Police Check sent after Application sent?

Do I mail the FBI police check along with the PR Application? Or if the police check doesn't arrive in time can I sent it later, but send my PR Application first?

If you can wait a bit then you should..I wish I could wait too but I will need to send the PR application in before end of July with or without my FBI certificate since my other 2 certificates (one from other country and one from state) will expire. I know some sent without it but idealy it should be included in the PR application.
