I got the update on my tracker, the embassy also confirmed by email that they uploaded the certificate. I sent mines on June 5, so it's odd that you haven't' received them.I send it my fingerprint may 18 2023

I have everything complete on the tracker now, I never mentioned or know my visa office until portal 1.

I didn't add that, just letter from the IRCC but I guess you need to call the IRCC to know wich visa office is processing your caseThis is mentioned in the below link:
