points for work experience

i was wondering if anyone could help me understand the point system for foreign work experience. I have work experience if more than 3 years and yet the points they gave me is only 13. why is that . because according to a post i saw recently the points should be 25. could someone please help me to understand this .

Your work experience has to be from certain NOCs; NOC 0, A or B for you to be eligible for EE. What's the NOC you are claiming points for?

My NOC is 3142 physiotherapist. I think it's eligible for express entry.

Work experience is multiplied with IELTS bands as well. If you did not score CLB 9 in IELTS, then it will remain 13.
