I have 6 months of work experience in India that I gained while I was studying and pursuing my degree. My reference letter states that this was a paid, full-time internship.
Can this experience be counted in my Express Entry (EE) profile?
I am also thinking of going back to India to gain another 6 months of work experience and then combining both periods to make 1 year of foreign work experience.

If I do that, can this experience be counted toward my CRS points under CEC?
I am eligible for Cec and have 2 years of Candian work Exp.

Was this experience included in your study and work permit applications? Do you have paystubs and bank statements to prove the work. If so, it is possible.

Yes. I have mentioned it in study permit and it's a legit work Exp with all last bank statements. So does my second job need to be same noc to add total of 1 year?

I don't remember if I added in work permit or not. But it's in study permit for sure. Is that okay? Or it's a problem? I thought it was a internship and doesn't matter. So I didn't add in work permit

It can be an issue because you weren't consistent in your applications and IRCC is cracking down on not including past work experience (misrepresentation). You can include it and if you get PFL you then have to deal with the consequences.

I am aware about the new concurrent work Exp rule, and I know people are trying to fake it. But mine 6 months is legit. If I want to fake then I might have shown a complete year instead of 6 months. Now what can I do ? Please suggest.

Nothing to do. You claim it but if you didn't include the experience in both work and study permit applications, you may get PFL. This has nothing to do with faking experience but misrepresenting your experience.

Can I get atip notes and see if I include or not ?
Also my colleague has given me recommendations after I competed my job back in 2020, can that be includef as proof ? I can share my LinkedIn profile if I get PFL?
