Hello, anybody knows what documents can be used as proof of Self-Employment in my Foreign Work Experience? I am in the pool and targeting CEC. I do have 2 years of experience so I qualified for CEC, but on top of that, I claimed points for my foreign work experience. It's self-employed since it's a family-owned business.

Since the business is in your name then you show proof of work experience through business registration and tax documents, financial information like bank statements and accountant letters confirming income etc. Client contracts/letters too.

Thank you! yes, it was all included from my Study Permit applications. Another question, I didn't get a monthly compensation since I am living with my parents. What proof can I show apart from my name is in the articles of incorporation? Basically whatever's the company money is our whole family's income too we all dont get paid by the company but that's our source of income. Our income from the company is also what I used as proof for my student application

That is going to be problematic.
I can provide proof of income from the business. Contracts, tax documents, receipts and all that to show that the business is generating income. I can also provide an affidavit of support from third-party persons we worked in the past. Do you think that would suffice? it's proof of WORK EXPERIENCE, not income so I didn't think a monthly income would be such a big deal
So how can you prove you actually did the job? What is the NOC? You need to show that you did that NOC with separate slips and not household/family income. My NOC is 21300. I can provide proof of email coordination from clients. Reference letters from third-party persons I've worked with. I can also give a copy of all the drawing sets I did if it's necessary lol Contracts, tax documents, and purchase orders of the COMPANY. I'm technically a board member since that's what is written in the articles of incorporation, I have the same number of shares as my parents. I'm technically not working for my parents.. they are working with me.
Edit: I can also show proof that I used some of the money generated for my personal use. e.g. buying a property under my name and using that income to pay for my studies here.
