I can't get your question well, but this is what I know
There are 2 bills with 2 tracking nos.
The first is for sending and you pay it on spot.
The second is included in the envelope for the return and you pay it on arrival

what do i mean is, I included a C4 envelope together with the passport but without the return airway bill, because the aramex here in riyadh, told me that they can only process the sending of the passport but not the return which is impossible.

as what I understood on the note of the ADVO, that i should include a full airway bill "or" a self- addressed C4/c5 envelope with full name,address and contact number.

so the ADVO can still send back my passport to riyadh without the return airway bill? and the aramex will contact me for pick up and payment...

For my understanding ADVO don't deal except with ARAMEX, so in all cases they will handle the PP to ARAMEX.
The C4 envelope and the airway bill is to determine the address.

thanks for the info i was relieve, i don't have a return airway bill because the guy from the aramex refuse to give me one, as they only process sending and cannot provide return shipment.

well i guess it's up to God he will help me for sure, i leave everything to him.

You were supposed to send the passports with a pre-paid aramex return airwaybill AND a self-addressed envelope. The miscommunication by Aramex branch staff forced you to send the PPs with a one-way courier service only. But rest assured, you are not the first person to get this treatment from Aramex branch staff. It has happened to others before and so no need to worry. From my experience, Aramex Main Branch Exit 5 Riyadh staff is more knowledgeable about the passport shipment arrangement with ADVO.

Now that you have sent the passports to ADVO, you should not send a return airway bill separately. Despite your one-way airway, ADVO will send back the visa stamped passports to you at your expense. This means that Aramex will collect the payment from you before handing over the passports. Wait for the call from Aramex

Since I live in abu dhabi, I took the passport by hand, I filled aramex form, and gave it to office with my passport, she looked into expire date and photos.
That's all, 3 days back I collected from aramex and I paid the bill it was 30 dirhams/8$ as its domestic

May I ask, once the visa issued, how long we have to land? let me assume that we got the visa on 1st of July/2014 can I land 1st of July/2015?

or it has certain period and must land before it get expired?

on your ppr there's a letter with instructions on what you have to do when you submit your passports .. also included the expiry date of that visa.. you should land before that expiry date.. usually expiry of visa is one year after they receive your medical results... in our case visa expires on nov 26.2014

Actually I have not got the ppr yet, I am waiting for it, just made the medical test in April time.
