Just wanna add, that the instruction was only to ensure that the applicant will also provide a physical address which is required by courier companies like DHL for them to deliver the parcels/docs.

Regarding the "App Filed Date" in your timeline, is it the application date when you submitted your application to MPNP or the application date with the Canadian Embassy or CIC?

you can check with Aramex, they will advice what to mension for physical address.

I am sure there are many people from Saudia and they can also assist you.

I emailed them last tuesday, then they responded after few hours, regarding sending steps as soon as possiblen, then yesterday afternoon i rceived the ppr. ;D

Congrats itguy29 on the PPR. You can get your physical street address (building number, street name, postal code etc) from this link offered by Saudi Post:

No matter which address you give, at the time of delivery, Aramex will call you to handover the passports back to you. So no worries.

Under ADVO's passport courier arrangement with Aramex, you pay SR136 when you send the passports to ADVO and pay another SR160 at the time of delivery. The normal one-way charges for Abu Dhabi are SAR289. If your neighborhood Aramex branch is not helpful, go to Main Branch near Kingdom School Exit 5, Riyadh.

is it okay to send my passport through DHL or Fedex?, because in the letter it was indicated aramex airway bill?

does anyone here who sent their PP through the said courier company?


another question is.


the address of my employer/company is in P.O box format? is it okay if i will include it and provide an explanation letter that all the address format in Saudi arabia are in P.O box format? where in the letter indicates that (no P.O box address).. ???

Which email address you emailed them? The last time we emailed them it took more than month for them to answer. Seems like they reply quickly on the email address that you sent your mail to. Might as well email them there. Would like to get their opinion about our passport dilemma.
