No, you do not have to get PCC/translation attested from Ministry of foreign Affairs. I didn't get it attested and it was accepted by the visa office.

Thanks for your reply lawrence. I got the solution of Bank Draft as well... NBAD, they said we make bank draft in CAD $ but only for those who have account with us.. so today i got my account opened and i will get it by coming Sat.
Which hospital have you done your medicals in UAE? i did with Al Zahra hospitals yesterday..

with eMedicals how much time the ECAS takes to update with medicals received?

Hi!

Wait around 3 months like our friend Lemans here...

Thanks for feedback, do not you think that it might take more than 3 months due to the security clearance papers that I submit after the medical results?

Also if I may ask, for work permit, if I am at Canada unemployed, can I still renew the work permit?

Thanks

once you get your meds this means your done, security and criminality is done b4 meds. once you see in process means complete.

But the PNP abu dhabi office sometimes takes up to 5-6 months for PPR because they have lot of applications for PNP

My case I got PPR after 3 months of meds, maybe because is to French province, it seems they are dedicated officers for each program ;)

hi all,

just an update regarding our NBI and Police clearance processing. hubby and i went to CID HQ yesterday morning to get the DUbai polcice clearance and take our fingerprints for the NBI forms. Police clearance will be released tomorrow, yey! while NBI forms from the consulate will be sent to us via Empost on 20th May. this has to be sent to NBI HQ in Taft for finalization, which we have no idea how long will take.

congrats to everyone who finally got their visas....thanks to everyone's inputs in all of our application issues/challenges...

Hi Mosby, its been long time,,we just submitted our passports personally last Wednesday, May 14. We requested for PPR request date extension because my hubby's passport is soon expiring (October). We are now waiting for our passports..
