Having observed that people who submitted before you on this forum have not received an AR, be rest assured as guys have given you the information.

Hopefully, nothing is wrong with your application to rest assured and continue hoping for the best.

Hence, I started this forum In other for us to encourage and support one another and sharing information as well.

I tried calling CIC on the 18th December when I dialled the +18882422100 number but wasn't too sure of the following options to get to the right team, eventually when I to a point, I was asked to provide a reference number to continue which I wasn't too sure of the number hence the call got terminated.

Please, could you guide us on the right options and where to get the reference number to enable someone to speaks to us? If you can share this many people who are in July waiting endlessly can call and can be lucky to get their AOR.

• Sent Application to Sydney in Aug 2020

Hi, when you call CIC, press 2-2-2-6-0 and then you can directly speak to CIC agent.
There is no reference number, they also ask for your UCI number.

Hi,
My PR application was delivered to IRCC on 10th August. Today I called them to get a temporary file number, but the agent said that my file is not received yet or its not in the system yet.
I am worried now as he said it might not have been received or worst case scenerio they might have returned my application due to any missing documents.
Did they tell the same thing to anyone else here?
