Well I did not count the same month of AR to reach the 7 months.

It is not permitted by CIC to do. It is all our choice whether we want to do it or we want to wait for Medical Request.

Also, nothing is mentioned online that someone who did upfront medical got punished or harmed. Nothing is mentioned officially anywhere on CIC's website.

Keep only 1 thing in mind. Medical results are valid only for 1 year.

I still have a long way to go, the status bar indicates Mar 2022 completion date. I have 2 dependants and I'm a BC nominee.

I applied BOWP yesterday and received one WP-EXT letter automated which extend my WP 1 month

SINP Outland.
I believe the inland cases will be faster than Outland, especially under current circumstances and travel restrictions. Inland applicants are in any case already in Canada.
