Hey frnds I have one query if anyone can help.

I got AOR on 13 April
I have closed work permit.
So the Question is, the employer who helped me with SINP is now selling his business to other person.
So do I need to worry about that?
do I need to give the information to CIC or SINP about changing of employer?

I applied to PNP in February. I have just realized that IRCC publishes a new portal "permanent residence portal" for PNP stream's document uploads. So, should I create a new application and start to upload documents over this portal?
The new applicants will have more advantages if they apply through the portal. What do you think?
