That just mean they just opened your file and put in system but yet to verified completely if they recieved everything .. after that they will just drop X and rest of the number will your official AOR
Then, getting temporary number is better than just waiting?
My AR is Aug 20 but still nothing..
Yeah atleast you will get assurity that they recieved uuur file

Try to search on Ecas might be they sent yuu AOR and yuu didn’t recieved it .. or try calling them
I tried ECAS and it did not find my case. Is it bad?
when I call auto-reply never connects me to the agent- it says - we can not transfer your call at this time, sorry.
Might be they haven’t issue AOR yet ?? Call them again and again until yuu finally get their hold
