And as far as i know wp can be extended as your file is in process
Your timeline is exactly similar to mine.
If your WP expires, then you can apply for a bridge work permit. Same time send a web form by attaching your present WP. So they will give your PR soon. One of my friends receives his PR within one year since his WP expires.

we plan to do upfront this may 17. i am under oinp employer specific work stream in ontario province.
I have been suspended on my work my manager and i have a fight if in case i will be terminated, my pr will still process, my wp expires on July 2022, my dependents are all here.

One of my friend was laidoff last tear from his job and got his PR.
don't speak if they don't ask you. just start looking for another job just in case the fire you. People who got fired have gotten PR
no not yet, worried about my work permit going to expire in July not sure should I apply for bridge wp or should I wait.
Is your spouse in Canada? Did any of you got biometrics request?
I talked with my lawyer and he told me to wait until mid july for wp extension as mine is expiring in August
