How many applicants on this thread are still waiting for their P.Rs. Please mention the date of your's application received by IRCC as well.

Dec 19, still waiting. Additional document requested on September 2017, medical requested on January 2018, no any other requests after medical passed.

I had medical furtherance due to having TB.

Medical Passed in Jan 2018 and nothing after that.

A month ago cic requested additional documents which is everything we assumed was already submitted because we gave it to our lawyer who is representing us. CIC told us that they are seeing all the requested documents o file so we should just sent them a letter stating same. We told the lawyer, he said ok don't worry about it. Today I call their office to see if the letter was submitted because the "30 days" will expire on thursday I was told by the lawyer assistant that i have to submit everything. I am frustrated we have to do IELTS and background check ! What should we do?

Did your Lawyer receive any update from CIC mentioning this that you have to do IELTS and everything again? I think once you have submitted the letter of explanation, they will specifically ask you if they need it now. I am not sure if your lawyer is taking things off from his shoulder or even submitted the explanation letter and now covering things up by asking you to go through all of it. Check with CIC agent what's still awaited on your side (and if the letter was submitted, check if there is any comment from the reviewing officer)

I got a letter in the mail for Medical Surveillance Undertaking, I need to contact the TB clinic which I did, but I have been on medical surveillance since I had TB, I see them every 6 months now, I am very confused, in myCIC it shows that the medical has been passed, I called the TB clinic and they said I have to wait 6-8 weeks for a letter with an appointment with them. Does this put a hold on the PR application? Why would my medical be passed if I have to go for the medical surveillance.
