Nope . I got notes , security is not started and even MP asked CiC, they said they are doing additional verification , and csis gcms notes state that they haven’t started any security yet .
Don’t know why they are doing Additional eligibility verification and they don’t have any timeframe when it gonna end .

September 30 2016 submitted,
Additional documents requested in Feb 2017,
upfront medical done October 2017, still received MR on December 17 2017,
officers are lazy asses, passed my ME on March 20th 2018, then my account was updated on April 16, agent told me the security was done, waiting for final review, bring forward date is May 1st,
then May 1st PPR received.

Finally some good news,congratulations!
Hopefully the rest of us will be done soon

Ask the call center agent, they won't tell you unless you ask.
