no my spouse is in India. Got ppr from Ottawa so i don't think my visa office was changed. yes, I guess upfront medical can help to speed up your file.

CIC received my files on Nov 17, 2016 and I did upfront on Aug 2017... Did not speed up my application.

I can only check ECAS since i have an agent, and it shows nothing about BG after medical received.

got married in nov 2017, added my wife in mid of december 2017 , after two days her name added to my file.
