Hey seniors,is it ok to send RPRF upfront?If yes then how can we do this?

I paid all fees together with the submission of my medical via EE.

December 2016 - OINP - applicants -what are the chances of AOR ?

And is there something like OINP applicants get it later than other Province people ? I notice SINP/ AINP getting it faster than OINP from the forums I notice.

Hi! It is ok to pay your RPRF fee anytime during the processing of your application. I paid my RPRF after the AOR. Go to CIC online services and choose to pay your fees. Select RPRF fee and provide the number of applicants in your application. It will tell you how much you have to pay. You will get a receipt which you then have to send to CIC via a Special Case Enquiry form. There, you will provide some information about your application and attach the receipt. Maybe it will speed up the process a bit, although not as much as if we paid the fee in the beginning.

CIC received my documents on the 24th of Nov, and I just got an email this morning from CIC saying:
" This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2016/11/24."

Also I checked my application online and it says " Review in Progress"

is this the AOR ?

Are u November 2015 sinp ee applicant? If yes, u r very late, because they claim total time for sinp ee 9-10 months, sinp application submission to get PR.

I transmitted my PR application (OINP) through EE on November 24, 2016, on the same day I received my AOR for PR. That makes me a Nov 2016 PR applicant I believe.

Paper based? I'm an EE based applicant, outland. After I was nominated for OINP, I did the medical right away, which was written on the CIC instruction and I've submitted my file thru EE on November 24, 2016. Then I received the AOR on the same day, also changing my status to "review in progress".
