PNP PR - October-November-December 2016 Applicants

Paper based? I'm an EE based applicant, outland. After I was nominated for OINP, I did the medical right away, which was written on the CIC instruction and I've submitted my file thru EE on November 24, 2016. Then I received the AOR on the same day, also changing my status to "review in progress".

For my OINP, i mailed my package on November 2015 which they confirmed on February 2016. Then I received the nomination on November 2016 and ITA for PR on the same month.

I need your help urgently....

Today,I received mail from CIC that your application was updated and I signed into my account and found that in status "cancelled as incomplete".I want to know the reason for incomplete application.

1. Where can I get the reason for incomplete application?
2.Now,what is the next step, I have to do now?
3.whether,they will send the incomplete application to me with any explanation letter ? So I have to wait until my application reaches to me?
4.Suppose,if there is any problem in federal forms and supporting documents? So,I have to prepare the particular document and send it with the old signed forms or I have to prepare new one and once again with current signed documents to CIC.
5.How much time period they will take to send the incomplete application to me?

I know u come across all these suitations before,so your explanation will be very helpful for me for my further process...

Don't worry, this is very common. U will get back your packet after 20-25 days through ordinary post. You must prepare all forms with new date. They will enclose an explanation letter. Generally they refund if u miss sign, information, correct check mark in check list etc. Lets wait . You prepared very cautiously, how did it happen? Many fool and innocent are getting AOR without hurdle. I think luck matters

I transmitted my PR application (OINP) through EE on November 24, 2016, on the same day I received my AOR for PR. That makes me a Nov 2016 PR applicant I believe.

I think Generic is not a problem. May be you missed any check mark or ticked wrong in check-list. Send CSE repeatedly and ask reason. Sometimes they reply.
