I dont have a crystal ball as such (as matter of fact noone can except your visa officer) but from folks who have reported such event in past have gotten theri PPR instantly.

Yesterday it changed from updated to submit .
Review of additional changed from your documents is upload to we are reviewing . Today it is blank . I don’t know what happen .

Just called CIC, eligibility is done but still processing the background check. the agent was very kind and told me that no additional docs were requested so that's a good news.. hopefully, they will complete the background check soon!

My friend had this change in her file on Feb 27! The same day, she got BGIP. yesterday (March 8), she was asked for her CV to go for a deep security check!!!! BTW, it is hard to say that it is good or bad.
