There are two "In Process" status in every applications for back ground check. What are IP1 and IP2? why in some period of time it is NA?

Any one here with the same experience i only send my passport here in canada and my dependents will send their passport in vfs manila what steps do they need to do i am planning to do my exit on the 16th of march but i read in the letter that i received with my copr that for me to do my landing my accompanying dependents should have already their visa as well..
Dont rely on ECAS Status or your my cic account its better to still call the immigration to be sure because it happened to me that they already sent my passport request but it still in background check in my cic account.If you think your application is already on the 18th month please do call and inquire they are so Nice and very helpful got my COPR Yesterday so dnt fret dont worry God's time is alwYs the perfect time.Rely on His word He will get us all through any difficulties..God bless everyone...Congrats to all of us new immigrants of Canada.The land of milk and honey our blessed promised land...
