MP : July, 2018
Ghost update: Jan 21, 2019
DM and PPR at the same time : Feb 11, 2019.

I have a small concern is that I am renewing my passport because it will expired soon. I will get it in around 10 days and still meet the deadline of CIC. Do you know if I have to update their new passport numbers in my application through Case Specific Enquiry (which will take 7-10 days) before sending our passports to CIC? or I can submit directly submit our passports (including both renewed and expired ones) to CIC?

I had a similar situation. I did not update them with new passport number. I just submitted the new and old (they are attached together)

Pre arrival letter March 2018
Mr late June. 2018
Mp July 09 2018
Ghost update November 2018
Decision made January 2019
Ppr February 31 2019
Passport received by Steve cic centralized intake office February 4
Final approval in cic account February 12 2019

I phone back in December 2018 and they told me that its not started. I then phone back a couple a days ago and it’s the same thing.

same here, on my GCMS note it says all other checks are passed, only background / security check haven't even started. I am December applicant

Hi All, just would like to share the news here. I received my PPR today. My application on CIC is still the same "Application in progress",
ECAS shows "Decision Made" and I received the instructions (via email) to send my passport.

I am Sep 23, 2017 applicant (AOR: Oct 23, 2017). Best of luck guys!

That is 20 months.
Are there other people here who are July, August?
Do you guys mind sharing your timeline so we have an idea what is going on?

I am October though and I haven’t heard anything since September 13 when schedule A was requested.

Finally congratulations to you. Hopefully It will be my turn soon enough. I am October 23, AOR December 21. No news since September 13 that they requested schedul A.

Still ecas in process
I'm so worried. Lots of September applicants already got PPR

I am sep 11, 2017. Waiting for the PPR and DM. Did you check if you have ghost update? I got a ghost update today after the initial ghost update in Dec last year. Though in ECAS it shows in process .I am thinking that the PPR is coming hence the update.
