Finally my cousin got his passport back with Visa and the COPR. I am going to drive him to the border tomorrow morning.

Passport submitted and recieved by CPC Ottawa July 9, 2015
Returned with Visa and COPR and recieved July 16, 2015

Check your return tracking. Mine was activated at 18:10 Ottawa time. Hopefully got the passports back on Saturday. Plan to do the landing at Osoyoos.

hello friends

i have a question:

i have valid visa and work permit until October 2015

if i don't get result before that can I go to back home and when i will get PPR can if i send my passport to canada is it ok

what i mean i don't want to extend my WP but when i will get PPR i want to come is it possible

please advise

Hi Hamid. I think there is no problem going back home. But once you are out of Canada and you PPR comes, you will not be able to send your passport back to Canada(CPC-Ottawa)..... But you can always arrange with CPC-Ottawa and they will arrange your passport stamping with your local immigration office in your home country.
My home country is India. Indian government does not allow us to send passport out of country by mail. So you may wanna check properly for the rules in your home country. But in anycase CPC ottawa will never mail your passport out of Canada. You have to provide them canadian mailing address.

What additional docks did they ask for?

CIC asked me to resubmit the IMM5669 Background Declaration form. I had initially applied last July but got my application returned because I missed a form. When I re applied in September I did not make changes to my IMM5669. CIC wanted me to resubmit an updated Background Declaration form.
