congrats Quink. Haha I havent post much but I've surely learned alot from reading your answers to other posts xD ;D

Thanks! That's really nice of you to say... glad I've been able to help, and happy to keep doing it. Thanks to everyone else for your kind words too! ;D

I'm thinking that CPC-Ottawa probably has a capacity for how many CoPR's they process at once, and now that there have been a number of them issued recently there will be some new slots opened up. My fingers and toes are crossed that some more of you guys are in the next "Ready For Visa" batch! 8)

Tonight I landed at the Peace Arch. All done. All finished (except for waiting for the card, LOL - always waiting for something!).

Thanks again to everyone who provided support and encouragement and assistance along the way. I hope to be congratulating you all soon too! :P

Congrats Quink...

Still sitting with Decision Made on Ecas !

No idea where the file is stuck...

Rick

Did you have an update on your file that CIC received your additional documents on Sept 17 or its the Canada post tracker or the fax you sent them on that date. Because I got additional document request on August 27, I mailed them my documents, it was received by CIC on Sept 1. I tracked it on Canada post. No updates on my ECAS that they received the documents.

No updates on my eCAS either i just know they received it thru Canada Post tracking... im hoping for some updates next week!

Same situation here. IP since Sept. 2 and additional docs received by them on Sept. 8.

At least looks like all people with additional docs request are in the same situation. That relaxes me a bit because I am all the time thinking that they are still confused with my documents....

Dec 31 inland applicant(NWT). Never received any request for additional documents. One month ago I sent an email to cio sydney to check application status. Received a reply that application is in process and we don't need any documents at this time. I wonder if application is completed with all required documents then why they are making delay... Just bcoz they are working on express entry applications?? Its really frustrating...
Here is my timeline.

Application received: Dec 31
AOR: May 6
Medical instructions: May 9
Medical exam done: May 13
Medical results received by cic: May 21
RPRF paid upfront: May 28
In process: Sept 14
Decision made: waiting
PPR : waiting

Hello Friends,

I got PPR today. Checked my email this morning it was sitting in my inbox. Email came at 12:24am (EST).

Here is my timeline...
Application received: 1 Dec 2014
AOR: 21 April 2015
MR: 7 May 2015
RCMP Fingerprint Request: 22 May 2015
General Reminder Email: 2 July 2015
RPRF Paid: 4 July 2015
IP: 15 Aug 2015
DM: 11 Sept 2015
PPR: 1 Oct 2015

Will give an update once I get my passport back from Ottawa. Good luck everyone!

I have seen many applicants in this forum are still waiting for IP/DM/PPR etc and are getting annoyed. All I can say is that there is nothing you can do to expedite the process so there no need to get panic and anxious. Friends, just stay calm and relax. Have beer or watch movie or most imp just focus on your work!!!

There is no doubt that CIC application process is never ending wait especially for the non-express entry applicants. Here is my suggestion to people who have no patience "Guys if you don't have tons of patience, then pls do not submit your application to CIC because you'll kill your self, :o".

Thank you and good luck everyone.

Maybe bcos some of the late Nov applicants are not done yet either. There were bunch of IP/DM in early sept for us when they finished going thru Nov and requested additional docs. So maybe now they are going back to the Nov applicants who have submitted their docs and we will have to wait till another round when they reach Dec applicants again @.@
