Eligibility/Passed Satisfied that PA meets the requirements of the program R87 (1) No adverse info to suggest
PA will not reside or establish self in province PA has a valid W until 2022/11/26 Satisfied with the identity
PA: Crim./Passed required PC provided = PC India/no record. RCMPINRT and Biometrics
RT Immigration historv reviewed: at present no adverse info that would affect admissibilitv or and elidibilitv for
the program Valid passport on file Valid meds until 2022/08/16 Refer for stage 2 processing
