Guys,
My spouse and I are in different countries currently. I (primary applicant) am in the Netherlands and my spouse is in India. Can anyone please guide on how do we submit our documents in such a case? Would appreciate any help over here

What is the problem!! I am really depressed
Don't think they're faster but they are quicker than regular FSW. But, if I could try to read IRCC's mind; if you're inland, you're already in Canada. For outlanders, its a much bigger step to emigrate to Canada as there is much more prep work. So, it would make sense to give them the green light asap.
Use a webform to contact them. Or better still trying call them.
But it's mostly certain that they have received your fingerprint, just that they have not updated it on your portal

BIL completed on_ 16th Dec 2021
Ready for Visa Email / PPR received on_ 16th Feb 2022
Passport Submitted for stamping on_ 24th Feb 2022 (Passport is with Canadian Embassy at Abu Dhabi, UAE)
Important changes occurred on 14th Feb 2022 : only passport renewed the same has been updated with IRCC through a webform & IRCC have confirmed the receipt of the same on 17th Feb 2022.
So my query is, as I have Submitted my passport for PR visa Stamping on 24th Feb 2022, till today 35days has been passed
"Can this be considered as normal processing time for stamping the PR visa ???"

Usually BIL is updated really really quick within few days. I've heard some stories that they were mismatching other people info with no their biometrics. Call them ASAP.
